Linda Campbell: As many of you know, Linda stepped down from our board a few years ago due to illness. Even though she was fighting a terminal, debilitating disease, she continued to contribute to AGF, sending information for our use and providing comments when asked and when she was able. Linda was one of the organizers of the American Goat Federation, a founding director and instrumental in not only making this federation happen, but also keeping us going. She was also active with and a major asset to the American Dairy Goat Association. Linda has been a very influential contributor to the dairy goat industry as an ADGA visionary, Director Emerita, four-term ADGA President, Committee Chairperson, and a dear friend to many ADGA members over the decades. There are very few people like Linda in the world and her passing is a great loss to us all.
The American Dairy Goat Association is establishing a scholarship in Linda's name. Information on how to donate to that, as well as a personal message from Linda's family is shown below. If you knew her, or would just want to share thoughts follow the information in the message we received from Leith.
