Kenny Elwood has been involved in meat production animials for 45 years. He currently owns 600 head of goats at his goat operation, Elwood Ranch, Kenny's Killer Jerky and Lassen Canyon Nursery. He has shown goats all over the country and started or goat meat production 6 years ago.
Kenny graduated from Shasta College with a honorary PhD from the University of Hella, Spain. He is on the Executive Committee and a District 5 board member for the American Boer Goat Association. He is also a Bvid Water District board member.
