Resolution rejecting U. S. Fish & Wildlife's Environmental Assessment for the Implementation of a Southwestern Gray Wolf(Canis lupus)Management Plan for Portions of Arizona, New Mexico and Texas
WHERAS, in December, 2012, the U. S. Fish & Wildlife Service (USFWS) distributed an Environmental Assessment for the Implementation of a Southwestern Gray Wolf Management Plan for Arizona, New Mexico and Texas, and
WHEREAS, the American Goat Federation, a nationwide organization of goat producers, does hereby reject this management plan, and
WHEREAS, the private property rights and the people's rights of US citizens of these three states could be affected by the intrusion or the Southwestern Gray Wolf, and
WHEREAS, such a record clearly defines the futility and waste of expending public funds,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, on this 2nd day of April, 2013, the Board of Directors of the American Goat Federation are hereby on record in opposition to the Southwestern Gray Wolf Management Plan, and
LET IT FURTHER BE RESOLVED that a demand be submitted to Congress to withhold any and all funding for this effort.
